"You make an amazing sauce. I purchased a jar of your Grandma Angie's Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce this past Saturday at the North Scottsdale Farmer's Market. Well... "I purchased a jar of Puttanesca from a farmer's market without having sampled it first. I love capers and kalamata olives, so I hoped that I would enjoy the sauce. I opened it for the first time last night and absolutely fell in love with the sauce. Trader Joe's sells frozen arancini rice balls and I served the arancini's in a pool of the sauce topped with grated parmesan reggiano. It was delicious and tasted like something I would order at a fine italian restaurant. I am glad to see that I can buy the sauce at AJ's. I don't know how you package something so delicious in a jar. Most jarred sauces I need to "doctor up" so they taste more like homemade, but the Puttanesca tastes homemade (and delicious) right out of the jar. Thank you!"
