HELP WANTED

POSITION: In Store Demo Coordinator

Looking for a little extra income?
Do you like talking to people?

We are looking for talented, people-oriented individuals to conduct instore tastings at AJ's, Whole Foods and Sprouts grocery stores. The position would require evenings, from 3pm to 7pm AND/OR Saturday and Sunday, from 11am to 6pm. The successful candidate will begin immediately.

Duties would include:
Setting up table in assigned store

Sampling our products. This is the most important part of the job and requires someone that is friendly, outgoing and not afraid to engage the market patrons. Sampling our products is key - if you can get someone to sample, you've almost made it to the sale.

Convincing them to put a jar (or two) into their cart

Teardown and cleanup

The ideal candidate will be:
Demo experience highly preferred, but not required

Outgoing, people-person that is not afraid to engage and talk to strangers at the store.

Honest.

Punctual and reliable - we must be certain you are going to be on-time and not miss a demo.

Some sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

How you are compensated:
$10.00 per hour [3 hours of demo, plus 30 minutes for setup and tear down]

Bonus for completed Recipe of the Month signups

Additional bonuses for achieving sales goals
